Services
CrescentCare offers a variety of behavioral health services to meet your unique needs. Generally, your first visit will be a behavioral health screening to determine your treatment needs.
For children and adolescents, all behavioral health screens are scheduled by calling 504-821-2601.
For adults, all behavioral health screens are walk-in visits; please walk-in to the location on the day and time that is most convenient to you:
Mondays: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. at 2515 Canal Street
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. at 1631 Elysian Fields Avenue
If you are able, please bring records from any recent behavioral healthcare you have received.
