Houma support services

CrescentCare is funded to provide case management and support services to individuals living with HIV in the Houma/Thibodaux area. The parishes include: St. Mary, Assumption, Terrebonne, Lafourche, St. James, St. John, and St. Charles.

Support Services include:

• Case management
• Transportation
• Oral health
• Food bank
• HOPWA: Rent and Utility Assistance
